I am a second year undergraduate student in fashion design at Norwich University of the Arts and have previous experience as a proffesional design assistant through a placement with TYT clothing. My practice in design is rooted in a desire to constantly be pushing my own boundaries, drawing inspiration from fashion past and anywhere from city infrastructure to religion. My creative approach combined with a socially conscious vision for the future are two of my core principles. I am particularly interested in pattern design using drape and creative cut, and my ability to adapt my practice to a brief is key to my past successes. I am also proficient in technical design, being well versed in Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D. I have a healthy understanding of garment creation, pattern cutting and fabrication, and I am always working to explore new materials and techniques.
